Siris takes its name from an ancient Mesopotamian goddess of harvest and fermented beverages - a symbol of abundance, celebration, and gathering. Inspired by her story, we created Siris as a place to slow down, share good wine and food, enjoy music and conversation, and simply spend time together. Because some of life’s best moments happen around a table.

Margarita is the one who remembers your name and your last order. She keeps the wine list honest, always ready to talk you through a glass or point you toward something new. People come back for the food and the wine, but they stay because of her.

Kevin runs the kitchen the way an artist runs a studio. Every plate is intentional, considered, a little bit of him on it. Cooking isn't a job for Kevin, it's the thing he can't help but do well.

Daniel is the one behind the scenes making sure Siris actually works, the ideas, the logistics, the projects that turn a plan into a real room with real people in it. He likes building things that last, and Siris is the clearest proof of that.
